Hand Made Wire Drawn Brushes
Gornell has been making hand drawn
brushes since it's inception. We are one of only a handful of
companies that still offer this style of brush. Each tuft is drawn
through holes in the block and tied off. This style is used for
irregular shaped brushes, prototypes, and specialty brushes.
This process is very labor intensive. and is only used when other
means of manufacturing are not feasible.
