Metal Channel Strip

Metal channel strip brushes consist of natural or synthetic bristles held securely in place by a U-shaped metal channel and center wire.

    All our brushes are first manufactured as a straight strip brush, which is the most common type of brush produced. The strip is then coiled into cylinder brushes, or the strip is formed into other shapes such as disks, ovals and cups.

    We can provide you with an excellent variety of channel strip brushes.  They are specially made to the customers specifications. This "make-as-needed" concept lets the customer choose, along with our expert advice, the proper kind of filament and filament stiffness that will best suit their application.  This also allows for custom modifications of length and trim, providing the ideal brush for their particular needs.
