NON-CATALOG ITEMS |

Orders for
special or non-stocked items are considered complete within 10% over or
under shipment. Orders for special or non-stocked item may not be
cancelled without reimbursing Gornell for all costs and commitments
incurred at the time of cancellation. Gornell reserves the right to
assess order cancellation charges.
Non-catalog items do
not qualify for free shipping. |

RETURN OF GOODS |

Standard catalog items: Goods
may be returned only with our permission. Freight charges on returned
goods will be the responsibility of the customer. Returned goods are
