shipments F.O.B. Gornell Plant. Free shipping on all standard catalog
item orders of $1,500 net or more shipped to one
destination at one time within the continental U.S.A. via our
choice of carrier. Partial shipments will qualify for free shipping only
for each shipment that is $1,500 net or more. All air
freight will be absorbed by the customer.

NON-CATALOG ITEMS

Orders
for special or non-stocked items are considered complete within 10% over
or under shipment. Orders for special or non-stocked item may not be
cancelled without reimbursing Gornell for all costs and commitments
incurred at the time of cancellation. Gornell reserves the right to
assess order cancellation charges.
Non-catalog items do not qualify for free shipping.

RETURN
OF GOODS

Standard catalog items: Goods may be returned only with our permission.
Freight charges on returned goods will be the responsibility of the
customer. Returned goods are subject to a 15% restocking charge.
